Cathal Tiernan

Cathal has trained in Galway City Gym since 2002 which has certainly helped cathal in becoming the most successful body builder in Galway and one of the top in the country.
Cathal's most prestigious achievement to date was his qualifying for Mr. Universe 2009.  Cathal is the first body builder from Galway to have ever reached Mr. Universe and so has established him as a world competitor.
